So i always wanted t change the shift **** but i was concerned since its an automatic trans...but i see people changing their shift ***** all the time in automatics but just skeptical since i have to shift with a press of a button how will something like those bubble shifters work?

it said online that it should fit on automatic or manual trans...help me plz!

No this will not work on 2000 to 2007 Monte's as our shifters shaft are not threaded..

 

I agree, this "universal" shifter would not work for our cars. Not to mention, I am not sure how it works for an automatic car to begin with (no space for a button, I see custom work required on that).

Try getting one out of a different car you may like. I took my leather shift **** out of a grand prix. Here is a picture of what it looks like.

 

There is a adapter you can buy so you can use it with a automatic trans.

 

If you like the "cobra" style leather shift **** from a grand prix I have one I could sell ya. There a direct replacement
