Default interior paint

What is the best way to paint the door pannels? I'm converting my interior from Grey to black.

there are a few members here including myself that painted the door panels. the best way to do it is remove the door panels clean them and and prime paint then paint them. if u take a look at a few members you might get some ideas, i got mines off turbo monte's door panels

Ive got some pics up of mine. I pulled my doors and my entire dash and painted them piece by piece

1st step is sand. 80 grit or so to get rid of the texture and make sure the primer sticks. 2 maybe 3 coats with sanding between each coat. Wipe lightly with lacquer thinner to remove all the dust and then spray again.

Once your primer is smooth, then comes your color coat

Once again sanding between each coat. 3-5 coats depending on how much you want, 220 grit, all the way up to 1500 and 2000 grit
