Heated Seats don't work I think different than broken wire
When I bought the car the heated seats worked, now that I own it they don't work.
As the Monte Carlo came from Florida and was garaged and has 19,500 miles and both seats don't heat, I don't think it would be the broken wire going to the heating element.
The 2 switches only light with the interior light and not the orange light that indicates hi or low power. This is for both driver and passenger seats, with the car running. I have checked and replaced the fuses. I unbolted the drivers seat and tilted it to see anything that looked off, and didn't see anything. As I am trying to find something common to both seats, I have some questions from looking at a wiring diagram I found. One mentions a ground distribution schematics and 2 dot points S320 and G301. Does someone have the ground distribution schematics? Any other idea someone has would be appreciated.
I am gun shy on taking apart the console, as I don't want to break one of the plastic clips.
Thank you in advance for any help offered.

You might want to try finding a service manual for this Generation of Monte Carlo they will have some fix ideas in there. Sometimes you can find a schematic to take the console apart on line or the local Chevy dealer can provide one. Or if you have a salvage yard nearby you could check out those cars to see what it looks like there. I do that alot and it has helped me find the answer I need.

Sounds like its time to break out the multimeter. That's going to be the most expedient way to figure out whats going wrong here rather than just try to look for visual issues.
I'd look up the pinout for the seat connections to find out which wires are supposed to have which signal and back probe them to see what's missing.
