Those are "door sills", running boards are the big long boards commonly used for side steps into vans and mini-vans.

I believe Tadd got those from a vendor on eBay (they were marketed towards the Blazers I think). I'm sure Tadd well chime in soon

The picture doen't reflect it but it is actually victory red. I did it my self with red leather except under the stearing wheel I painted that (couldnt get the leather to stick in hot weather becuse of the curves)

Blaze (a member here) gave me the link, but I had to promise not to give it out as he has the same sills. I give out any other info on any other of my mods but have to respect Blaze's wishes on the sills

I am positive a goggle on door sills will turn up what you are looking for

Thanks for the heads up on the proper name . I was planning on looking on google, then I got caught up in a game of soccer... man I'm tired with sore feet (barefoot on concrete).
Any suggestions on how to paint the interior I've always wanted to do it but I've seen so many in person that were painted and it looked cheap. I don't want to ruin mine.

The shifter I bought like 4yrs ago at y local pep boys. Idk if they still carry it or not. When I did my interior I was just learning about cars and was to afraid to pull the parts out so I sponge brushed it all in the car using very light even coats. Looks damn good but I wish I would of sprayed it now.

Yes the seat setup is completely legal as long as the seats re bolted correctly and the harnesses are bolted correctly it is a safer setup than factory.
