Default glove box light

Our '04 MCSS did not come with a glove box light. I opened up the dash a bit and cannot see any lead on the wiring harness to add a light. Is the fuse box on the passenger side of the dash live all the time, or only when the car is on? I was thinking of putting in a fuse with wire link to get power to put in a light.

Here is what I was thinking - add this fuse link into a blank spot and get electricity. ground the glove box light with a screw to the metal parts of the dash underneath somewhere.

Got this project done. That fuse box tie works great.
