You could do a HID kit. They are a lot brighter than stock. You can get them from DDMtuning.com or ebay.

Note that HIDs are ILLEGAL and you can get in some trouble for them.
Usually if you aim them down so you don't think you'll be blinding oncoming traffic you should be fine, but since there's so much light output do realize that you'll have glares that will still make it hard for people to see.

Hey guys! Since you're having problems with your HIDs, there's a very nice HID Black Friday deal from Hidextra.com. Heard about their kits and service being really solid. Looks like this is the last time they are doing Black Friday too. I just picked up a couple backup kits for my Chevy Monte Carlo LS.
