Got the box for my 2 15's built it is a back and side fire with two three inch ports going inti the cabin of the car. The previous plan was to have a box twice the size of this but the trunk latch and 6x9's got in the way, so it got cut in half and tis is the end product. Gonna eventually paint or carpet the box.

so my question is...why? what are you trying to achieve? is it just for a big bang becasue for SQ thats quite useless.

 

Answer, being yes big bang for now I listen to a lot of rap and hip hop, I use to have 15's in my dakota always like the sound of two. Once I buy enough deadener and insulation I'll get the rattles from the rear panels minimized.

 

ahh well make sure you seal the corners where theirs an air gap that runs into the cabin behind the paneling because that adds a massive amount of resonence when not sealed off because of all the materials around the whole thing. deadening is always about pure covrage, sometimes its about efficiently stoping air movment and managing it this is a large problem in coups because almost all coups will have this path from the trunk into the side panels in the rear seat.
