Question Factory speaker wire colors +/-???

I am replacing the factory speakers in my 2005 SS and need to know the + and - colors of the wires at the speaker. Does anyone know this information? I would greatly appreciate the help... Thanks.

I have a 2005 LT. What do you all recommend using as the Accessory power Source?
