I wish I could say that was an isolated incident but its not, the only things unique about that transaction are the length of time it took for the guy to get any of what he paid for and the total dollar amount of his order. The lies, the excuses, the "its everbody's fault but mine" attitude he got from the owner, that's all par for the course for DC Power. Which is sad cause they make a hell of an alternator!

I was cracking up just on the first page, when he said call me today! On the same day the guy already called twice.

Doesn't matter how good your product is, if your customer service sucks!

Exactly! Is it just me or does it also seem that DC didnt even get going on his order until they got put on blast in January when he made that thread? And then to top it off, he got sent alts that werent 18v like he ordered, didnt get wiring instructions or harnesses.....geez, thats the level of service $2500 gets you? The only way I'd get a DC alt is if I can go into the shop and walk out with it in hand, other than that, no thanks.
