Wow, first time I've seen attitude on here. Good Luck with your stereo. No fun to ride in quiet. Sounds like some good advice so far.

I've seen it before and the dude got banned! Anyway, it sounds as if the OP's having ground issues. Ground to bare metal. Good luck with the radio.

Have you tried using a cable from Radio Shack to attach an outside source to the jack on your radio panel (lower right)? Or is there no power at all? I did this so I could hear all my old cassette tapes and it worked pretty good, using a $30.00 cassette player. Good luck!
