You'd have to get the salvage. The 3 vents on the main dash (piece that goes around the instrument cluster) are fused on. The other one on the dash piece that has the Monte Carlo name on it is clipped in.
I broke my far driver side vent. I successfully "transplanted" it with a vent I got at the junk yard. I had to use some 2 part plastic epoxy, but it's perfect, can't tell anything was ever wrong.
