thinking about matching a pair of boston 6x9's with my eclipse 6.5's.... i can get a pretty good deal on them, he said less than 130. anybody ever have problems with bostons? would these be a good fit with my 6.5's?

it looks like the price is right for sure, but what about the sound quality? according to some of the reviews they have a wider range and clearer sound.

does anyone on here have any personal experience with boston? any horror stories? i think these speakers are the ones i want unless someone has an awful story for me to hear.

edit: i mean, it's either these or the kicker ones that range about 100 bucks. but i almost want to leave kicker to the solobaric and their amps

 

I believe boston acoustics is the brand they use in all the "special" or "upgraded" sound systems in GM

that's neat. i didn't know we used boston, also. i wonder if the speakers from them are made in mexico, too. i find it funny that the speakers in my "premium" sound system in my monte carlo look like the "lousy" speakers that were in my malibu. and the "lousiest" speakers in my 93 blazer looked like the same quality.
