Default Will a 'Flat Sub' fit under a Monte's seat?

Hey everyone,

I am getting a new headunit in tomorrow and will post some pics of the installation.

I got it from Crutchfield.com which I really like, they gave 50% off of the integration adapter needed for the 6th (and I think 5th?) gens if I bought the headunit from them, included the dash kit and antenna adapter for free and some other stuff along with free shipping, so for ~$160 I got everything needed to install a Pioneer DEH-3400 (Including the unit) - Pioneer DEH-3400UB CD receiver at Crutchfield.com

ANYWAY, I was browsing the site and found myself looking at subs.
I didn't realize how inexpensive a powered sub could be, and there are hundreds of great reviews on some Sound Ordnance's products, so I am looking specifically at two, their "Flat Sub" that is made to fit under a bucket seat >> Sound Ordnance™ B-8PT 120-watt compact powered subwoofer at Crutchfield.com

And this powered trunk one >> Sound Ordnance™ B-8P 80-watt powered bandpass subwoofer at Crutchfield.com

Do you guys think the "Flat Sub" would fit under a powered Monte seat? I just thought it might be easier and I wouldn't loose any trunk space.
