Since I bought this car 2 weeks ago I've noticed a what I thought was the speaker in the driver side door rattling when I turn up the volume. At first I just assumed it was a bad speaker but the car only at 6000 miles and has spent 99% of its life in a garage so I was a little surprised that the speaker would be bad. Now I think the rattle is coming from somewhere within the door panel. Has anyone else had this problem ? I think its just the base sterio with upgraded 8 speaker system according to the option list. The car is still has its Optimum GM warranty so I can take it back in but I was just wondering if this is an easy fix. Assuming the door panel has to come off, I'm not sure how to do that. Thanks in advance.

 

With the warranty, i'd just take it in.

You might go to each screw on the door and tight them to see if that makes a difference. Not too tight though cause it's just plastic.
