amp won't turn on. HELP!

So I was trying to pull the fuse out of the amp to try to check it, and when I got it out, one of the posts came off. How much are these fuses to replace? (It's 80amps)

They aRe really cheap. You may have to buy in a small bulk. But it is never a bad thing to have extras

Just bought a new fuse. Now the manual says to put the power wire on the battery before you put the main fuse in the amp. Am I understanding this right? I feel like if I do that, the amp will get messed up because of all the power running to it.
