I have a kicker KX1200.1 amp and 2 Concept 10" subs. I use a 60 amp fuse. That should be fine for you as well.

go in to a stereo shop and tell them you want a breaker for it . get rid of the fuses.

also they have a chart in most good ones for the power your pulling to the amp and what is needed.

So i would go that route.
After putting in the breaker in mine i refuse to go back to a fuse for it. now i can shut the system down with one flip of the breaker. and i dont have to worry about it as i can hid it now alot better becuse i dont have to change it out.

How big is your power wire? If you're blowing a 120 amp fuse I'd say you may have problems elsewhere.

ok well i figured it out it wasnt the fuse it was the fuse holder. it wasnt connecting good and the electricity was "jumping" i think that was the term used. well that explained the look of the fuse and now everything works fine with a new fuse holder and i only needed a 100a fuse. problem solved.

Haha, yea, I seriously hope you found the problem.... Blowing a 120amp fuse with that setup is not good. The 100A will be plenty for ya.[/blockquote]
