Been considering one of these also. So let me helpout with the links:

Here's the one for more info on the Wizaired:

http://www.easyperformance.com/

Then under the products menu, select Wizaired CAI under the Intake Category. They'll give all the specs, tech and perfomance info, dyno readings, and FAQ's.

To purchase it, go to the link:

http://www.zzperformance.com/grand_p...&catid=113

Model would be the 3400 series, and then you have a choice of getting it with or without the K&N 9 inch filter (extra $44).

On Easyperfromance's website, they have instructions you can download as a pdf file. If you can follow the steps they have in it, then you should be able to install the kit.

I hate to speak out of turn as a noob to this site but.....what is the answer to the initial question? I'd like to know myself. Will the K&N system fit on a 3.4 with little or no modification?

I personally have not looked at the CAI or FIPK kit that K&N has. Don't know if there is a difference on the throttlebody, but have heard and read that there is between the 3.4L and the 3.8L engines.

One other difference is the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor is on the throttlebody on the 3.8L while the 3.4L has it between the throttlebody and the filter box.

I do know they only recommend it for the 3.8L since that is what the website states. For the 3.4L, they only recommend strictly a square shaped filter thatfits inside the stock air filter box.
