If LS4's are like L67's, then it doesn't matter about a TB spacer - everything's still right above the damn exhaust crossover.

all kidding aside. I have that TBS on my 07 SS and I really dont think it did anything but make a cool sound. only thing keeping me from taking it off is i am lazy and i kind of like the sound. makes it sound meaner

only way i would by one is used and for less than $50 if you are that curious. I was lucky to get mine for $30 off the forum.

There appears to be a bit of confusion...

Throttle Body Adapter:

A throttle body adapter is used to mount a non-OE throttle body OR it may be a thin plate placed under the throttle body that has provisions to plumb nitrous, methanol/water, etc.

Throttle Body Spacer:

A throttle body spacer is used to increase the volumetric efficiency of the throttle body. They do work, but it is not a seat-of-the-pants difference that you will notice. If you run the 1/4 mile you will probably see a 1 or 2 thousands reduction in your ET.

For a vehicle that spends the majority of its life on the street it is not a cost-efficient mod. You'll rarely have the engine in an rpm range that can utilize it.
