Yea why'd u remove the headers? But what does blocking off the egr do? And pacesetter i heard weren't that great?

The ones on my GTO are good & made just as good as the high end ones, there made of steel an painted over being polished stainless

As stated, engine gets louder...just a tad. I kinda like it. It's a deep, nice tone.

I have the check engine light for the upstream sensor, don't know why, i have the 02 extension from zzp. Maybe the sensor is bad...who knows.

I removed headers because it was too loud of a tone inside monte..
But monte felt like it had more power with headers..

Jerry, I believe your headers made their way to Maryland. I also checked my mpgs and they have improved!

My plan is putting on the headers and then lowering my pulley to a 3.4 maybe and then gettin it tuned. Will the tuning be able to delete the sensor code to remove the check engine light to pop up?

You will have to run a sensor, otherwise you will have a dime sized hole left on the headers. Just get the sensor extension. A tune can delete the codes I believe.

Glad they went to a good home... They where too loud inside for me.
My corvette has headers and side pipes ,It's not as loud inside as monte was..

They didnt fit mine lol, i took the isnulating boot off my GTO shifter so its loud & hot on the inside
