I also totally agree with what everyone posted above. 3800's are one of the worst sounding V6's out there- they're raspy and nasty. You don't really realize it until you start hacking off mufflers and such that you realize how much garbage the stock mufflers and such really cover up.

Although, I will say, my favorite FWD 3800 exhaust setup so far has been stock 97-03 GTP exhaust with a 3" catless DP and resonator delete. If I ever get another GP in those years again, I'm going to do the exact same again.

 

You don't have a 3800...totally and completely different.

 

Do you have a video of your car's sound? I have an 05 monte LS that I am thinking about putting duals on.
