i think stock is either 2" or 2 1/4" not sure. and yes i really think it will. i say leave it alone and save your money until you sc the car then buy headers when you buy the sc kit and do it all at once and call it a day.

 

^agreed. Save your money until you SC it. And stock downpipes on 3800s I thought were 2.5.
