Default O2 Sensor Codes

Recently installed a 3in catless downpipe. I disconnected old O2 sensor and never hooked another one back up. IM throwing
P0036- HOS2 heater control circuit bank 1 sensor 2
P0140- HO2S circuit insufficient activity bank 1 sensor 2
Now i obviously know why these codes are being thrown but how much will this affect the performance of the vehicle? From what i have read i should prolly get one on there but just checking for opinions and experiance

The car will run rich and effect your fuel economy

Increased tailpipe emissions
Increased fuel consumption
Hesitation on acceleration
Stalling
Rough idling

You always have this option if you still want to run without a cat

Easy Performance - O2 Emulator #EP-O2SM-GM01

it is an 02 emulator that tricks the computer into thinking the sensor is connected and working properly

I thought the aft O2 sensor was just to check catalyst efficiency? I just ran with a P0420 for three months with zero (absolutely nil) impact to my fuel economy. Or are you saying he's going to have those issues because of those other two codes doing something different to the engine?

Put an O2 sensor on it with no bung runs 10000 times better check engine light comes on but still runs good. Turn the code off with my 40 dollar scanner an app when it comes on and it don't come back on for s hot minute
