sounds good then, ive just always heard that if you get the motor running to fast it will bend the pushrods. but youre saying it wont hurt right??

Over revving can bend pushrods, like missing a gear in a manual (or downshifting from too high an rpm). With a modern automatic, that is impossible- the computer won't let you exceed a certain rpm due to the rev limiter (even if your trans breaks and doesn't shift)- and it also won't let you downshift when the rpm are above the redline of the engine. I wouldn't worry at all about bent pushrods in these cars- especially running the stock rev limiter and stock valvetrain- it was designed to do that.
