Default Need New Exhaust

Well, part of my exhaust fell off today, it is rusting out, SO im taking this time to upgrade. Im looking for a catback system that is a bit cheaper. I was looking at the pacesetter system, and a downpipe with highflow cat. What are your opinions? I want something with better flow, will hold up to winters in NJ (salt, etc), and has a good sound. Not too worried about sound cause I will most likely have my stereo up most the time anyway. What do you recommend?

Unless you buy $$$ factory stuff, I'd still try to buy an aftermarket stainless exhaust. I've never had an exhaust shop system last. IF you can afford it, go that way. Otherwise, get aluminized steel.
I'm not sure what car you got, so headers might not be a good idea. You will probably lose low end torque with headers, unless you have a S/C. If you want better than stock, get a front powerlog manifold from ZZPerformance.
Someone here might have a cat-back exhaust for sale. Place an ad in the wanted to buy section.

Its a 2003 all stock. The pace setters are 3 inch aluminized steel piping, and I was planning on getting a 3 inch downpip and high flow catalytic converter. The headers are okay so they are not needed to be replaced yet. I am only replacing what needs to be done, and I figured since Im replacing it, might as well upgrade it a bit as well. I am planning on installing this with my friend who is a mechanic in my driveway on a day when its not so frigid, or possibly finding a garage to work in.
