Default Muffler Replacement

Looking to replace my mufflers and hopefully get a louder tone, but nothing too extreme to the point it’s basically a muffler delete. I have the 3.8 L67 with the dual exhaust, and I’m not sure what to get that I can pretty much just clamp on, no fab needed. Any help is appreciated.

I think part of the lack of response is due to the 'clamp on, no fab required' note.

No offense, but it's not a $300 dirt bike. Just take it down to the local muffler shop, have them expand the pipe to slide one over the other and weld it up. No idea what they charge these days, but it's not even a half hour job. Even if they charged you a hour's labor, its probably not going to be much more than $100.

Edit - they do have full catback systems that are bolt on with no fab work needed by you, but they're silly expensive, $1000+. You should be able to just swap both mufflers for well under half of that.

I never even saw this post.

IMO, your best bet is a resonator + u-bend delete. Leave the mufflers stock and just do those two things. I used to recommend people remove the cat with the resonator and u-bend delete but thats something we dont really want to recommend anymore. Even though you could remove the cat and get a better sound, dont...
