Ok so ive been going back n forth on this decision probly for about a good couple of weeks now. I have the time and money to finally update my exaust on my Intimidator but just cant seem to make a clear cut decision on what i want. Simply put, im not looking for much performance at all, just want a really nice sounding exhaust while driving down the streets of L.A. Ive too loooked at several audio and video clips but am still having trouble with the decision. So if any of you have magnaflows or flowmasters on ur 3.6's could you help me out and lemme kno which u would think would fit or should i say sound better for my Monte (04 Intimidator 3.6l), so i can go put it on already, lol I would very greatly appreciate it. It's honestly personal preference. I personally like the magnaflow on our cars, but a lot like the flowmaster.

Maybe this place can just do a quick clamp on of different mufflers so you can choose before they weld?

I have Magnaflow on my 3.5L Monte and i'm very happy with them. I think it sounds great for a V6.

 

x2 you better be off with magnaflow. flowmaster will be very loud and lot of drone sound inside and you might not like it. personally i like mine loud. here's my old setup:
pacesetter, no cat/resonator, 3" crush bent, and flowmaster knock off. btw the car have xp cam and pp heads that's why be able to hear the loud choppy sound. i now have a resonator and will soon put on super 44 after a custom cam grind.

 

wow, first of all i can't believe i put 3.6L....im pretty much ashamed of myself right now, lol....thanks rick and blacksheep for pointing that out 2 me...yea im a fool....but yea i meant 3.8L....and hey Mamonte,, thanx for the input. I was thinking of doing that and seeing if they could maybe clamp them both on 2 see which one would sound better, but honestly i dont know if they would, but i guess it doesn't hurt 2 ask right?....well i was actually leaning towards getting magnaflow, so i think thats the decision im gonna go with. If anyone else has input, please lemme hear it, and thanx again 2 those who gave me their input

Personally, I prefer the sound of the MagnaFlow mufflers
