L67 High Velocity TB?
I blew my stock tranny with a stock engine.
I have the HVTB from ZZP. I wish I'd gotten the N'Star TB instead. Find yourself a used one.
It's not the same as a CAI, but anything you can do to help flow more air into the blower will up HP. You are looking for the least restrictive, highest air volume system you can get for a blower. A N/A car isn't as responsive to this as a S/C or a turbo car.
On my K&N CAI, it has a 4" tube, but only a 68mm stock TB. That's about 2 3/4". Personally I'd like to see a 90mm unit. N'Staar is the closest you can EASILY get to the "bigger is better" theory.
