So I got my paycheck today, what better time to start spending it all?

Decided to finally get my ZZP downpipe + cat. Can't wait to get it installed, over mother's day weekend (i'll try to do a picture install, but I don't want to make any guarantees) I decided to go with the 2.5" 304 bolt-in with cat + gaskets, only came out to $260 shipped. Can't complain with that :P

Besides I felt like a hypocrite telling everyone they need to get it and I didn't even have it myself!!!!

Now I'm off to buy some PB blaster...

i'm running a stock muffler (possibly for a long time) I don't think video of the sound will be necessary as it won't be too much of a change :P

But i'll shoot for getting a few pictures

 

You will hear some diff in the exhaust. it will "backfire" more and louder when you let off the gas, its realy notacible too. it give you lot more lowend power/torque. I recently had my car dynoed for a tune and on the torque you can see the low end torque go up and then fall back some then go back up as it should in later rpms

 

Oh alright, I didnt know you are going to stick with the stock exhaust.

 

thats the same downpipe i got! haha.
now you just need a ceramic coated powerlog

you will notice a difference with the downpipe though. that U-bend really keeps the power away!

save all the money you can for the day after thanksgiving, zzp had a big sale last year i got about $1000 worth of stuff for around $750

thats the only time i've ever seen a sale! one day only blowout haha.

 

haha, next on my list is going to be the plog, don't worry :P

then i'm gonna do ER Ratio rockers + HV3 + custom tune. Thanks to Riggs I know a guy that will help me do installs and the tune for dirt cheap.
