I run the Vibrant 3 1/2" straight cut welded tips... Have had them since 2009 and they still look great...

I'm planning on going with the MagnaFlow 16727 Stainless Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System this spring, and that comes with 4" dia. slant cut, rolled edge tips. Slant cut, rolled edge and/or double wall is generally what I prefer anyway, and those will fill the exhaust cutouts at the bottom edge of the bumper a lot better.
