Talking Exhaust is ordered!

Ordered a 2.5 inch system, no resenator or mufflers... staright out after the cat! I will have a video up hopefully this wknd! Oh and the kit is from ZZP!!

I dunno man, I'd at least stick some kind of muffler on there- straight pipe sounds nasty on these engines, and IMO its too loud for a 15/16 second car anyways.

How much did this kit cost from ZZP?

the GMPP kit looks so desirable on these cars, and isn't that expensive

I can always add mufflers if needed but for what I want to do and the little that I drive it, I dont mind. It costed me 260.... 295 with shipping

just so you dont get any surprises, you will need tips and like 18" of 2 1/4" tubing on each side to get the exhaust out the back of your car

did you get the aluminized stuff. I was debating on that and get it like you with no resonator or muffs. I was going to put in a Magnaflow round muff where the res would be and put on the tips that I have on after the y split.

The only thing about the aluminized stuff for me is holding up in PA winters.

They make high heat exhaust paint. I used that stuff on my Dynomax system (aluminum) on my 03 and it's held up well - it's only rusting at the welds. It's been through 2 salty winters.

Yeah I got the aluminized kit but I dont drive it in the winter so it should be fine.... as for the tips... I think im just gonna go to a truck shop and get the big extensions they make for dual exhaust trucks! Ill have a video up hopefully soon!
