Hello, I have an 88 monte ss with a nearly stock 305. I have hedman headers in to a pypes x-pipe and am looking to replace my mufflers. I have read a lot about flowmasters, magnaflows and some spintech. I am wondering what mufflers offer the best sound for the price and will have limited drone. I have a lot of interest in the flowmasters 40 and 44s but would love to hear all your opinions

i run the 40s on my 80. they sound awesome, but supposedly dont flow well. then again whats a couple hp if the car sounds good?
