I am looking to get a bit of a growl. Nothing too crazy. Any advice to give me? thanks

my personal favorite is flowmasters,they give a good deep tone that really opens up when you floor it but it doesn't give it that high tone sound and popping noise,just a good rumble to it

but 04SS has a great idea too lol

What engine do you have? assuming its a 3800, search around youtube and see what you like. Keep in mind that 3800's get raspy.

I am thinking of leaving the factory mufflers, and just changing somthing for the resinator. What would be a good swap. I was thinking of glass packs, or just swapping out with a strait pipe. What have you all seen?

I've seen people do a glasspack in place of the resonator and then an aftermarket set of mufflers. Glasspack helps reduce rasp on these cars. I have no mufflers and just the glasspack lol.
