dual exhaust... finally
alright ladies and gents all set up go to my profile and give me some coments!! first off is the placement of the muffler, its the only thing i was not happy about. its about 6"-8" above the ground, so that means i have to be careful on steep inclines. they did the u-bend delete(thank god) and they even did the 2.5" pipeing! all in all it looks and sounds great. went to surprise my lady at work and took her for a quick ride and she loves it. (she's a keeper!) at lower rpm's it sounds so good but if you hope on it, it sounds closer to the stock setup. all in all down the road i'll see if i can get the muffler relocated but i'm happy with my setup
yeah like i said its going to get fixed... eventually. so far i scraped the muffler once on a pretty steep incline but hey its a muffler nobody sees it. i just have to take it easy and leave the incline at a slight angle i should be fine. my dad said something about lifting the back end a bit. that sounds a little useless for a fwd, but hey so does a spoiler for a fwd
you can always get a smaller muffler of some sort, the only problem would be scraping a hole in the muffler, but that would be a ton of scraping, and dont hate on the spoilers lol
what kind of muffler did you put on it? why didnt you go with a thrush or cherry bomb, glass pack style? it would have fit perfect.
this is what i got to put inplace of my delete 19.99

flowmaster delta 40 series.http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FLO-8430422 i thought about it but i wanted something not quite as open flowing as a thrush or cherrybomb. on a 3400 i just couldn't justify it exspecially since i live in a redneck town where EVERYONE has that set-up or straight pipes.
