Default check engine light

I have a 2003 Monte Carlo SS. About a month ago i put a K&N AirCharger on. A little louder then I thought it would be but works very nice. A week ago I put on the Hogan Performance W-Body 3" Stainless Steel Downpipe with Hi Flow Catalytic Converter. Other then that the car is stock for now. Yesterday my check engine light turned on and stays on. Does anyone have a idea why?

2 things,
1. on your down pipe did you have to put a 02 sensor in to it?
2. if not get a simulator for the rear oen and bedone with it. If you did pull a code i am betting this is what it is. Mine is doing the same thing it needs the 02 sensor on bank two replaced. I havent done this yet but need to do it or get a sim. if i keep the car i will just put a sim in to it and bedone with it
