I recently installed a hogan downpipe in my 2007 SS Monte Carlo. After a few days of driving my check engine light came on. Does anyone know how to reset the system to get rid of this problem. thanks.

20 to 1 it is actually a code p420 which means that Cat isn't doing it's job well enough.
What you will need to do is either buy a OBD2 scanner for about $100 and that will allow you to clear the code that pops up every 3 weeks or so. Otherwise buy an HPTuners programmer for $500 and you will be able to program the PCM to not throw the code anymore.
