You can use an resistor in place to fake the 02 sensors reading.

A resistor won't cut itand neither will an O2 Spoof sensor. On the 04 plus models the O2 sensor not only measures the gas but the heat as well. - Found that out from Zoomer at ZZP.

There are only5 things to do.

1. Purchase a programmer and set code P420 to off so it doesn't trigger the O2 light.
2.Purchase an OBD2 scanner and clear the code every time it comes up.
3. Pull the light in the gauge cluster.
4. Ignore it.
5. Put a piece of black tape over it.

I recommend only doing the first one.
