For the MAF, you can go to the part stores and buy a MAF specific cleaner (follow the instructions and you're golden).
For the IAC, I've used carb cleaner and q-tips/paper towels. Keep in mind, you not just need to clean the IAC, but you also need to clean the inside of the port on the throttle body where it sits.

same here. replaced IAC, MAF 2 times, o2 sensors, spark plugs, coil packs, upper intake, new air filter, new fuel filter, cleaned the throttle body and still when its warmed up it it dies in idle unpredictably, and surges when im going under around 50, and when its still warmed up and i try starting it again will start and then die. HELP?

They make MAF cleaner...
Is your MAF an AC Delco? If not...
I highly recommend using only AC Delco.
Do not touch the filament in the MAF..merely spray it clean, let air dry.
Do not wipe it out/off..
You can use carb cleaner to cleanout the IAC (Idle Air Control)
It may also be the TPS..
with the grease that's in it could be freezeing up and or needs to be cleaned and regreased. possibly.. It maybe sticking..
IMO:
K&N cold aire intakes cause more problems then there worth,
Via over oiling and or loss of particles from the filter.. attaching themselves to the MAF..
Your not the first to have problems with using a K&N filter system.
We highly recommend using one from CAI Inductions.
