So I bought a Borla set up for a GTP but put it on my Monte Carlo. I like the dual tips that they have(similar to the 04 and 05 GTP's). But its too wide. For now I'm gonna lower them to keep from melting my bumper, any suggestions on how to fix this? as soon as I get a chance I'll show what I mean. P.S. It's a 2004 Monte SS so it's the dual set up. Thanks in advance.

 

Go to a muffler shop, have them weld longer exhaust hangers on the sytem, this should allow it to hang lower. Unless of course you can rebend the current ones..Might help...
