Default DP w/cat replacement

I just ordered one of these today. I was going to buy the U-bend delete only but decided to get rid of the factory CAT to boot. Anyone install one of these yet?

It looks like installation is simple and should bolt right up to the factory system. I'll let you guy's know how things go with it...

Mr Montejass, Look forward to your review.
Good price to gain over ten (10) H.P.
I put it on my wish list

That is very similar to the one directly from Magnaflow except Magnaflow's O2 sensor is not completly horizontal. But definitly post ur opinion on this because I am very much considering one of these.

Thanks, I moved this to the front of my mods. I have noticed recently more heat than normal under the hood and under the car itself, I suspect it could be pre CAT failure indications and not waiting for it to cause other problems.

For the price it's not a bad buy and I've always liked ZZP's stuff.

Quick question, I noticed the website said that the pipe diameter is 2.5", is that what the stock diameter is? I thought it was 2.25"? so r u going to redo the rest of the exhaust to match the 2.5" cat?

I was not sure of my stock dims, but I called ZZP before placing the order and I was assured it would bolt up to the stock setup with no problems.

I'll take plenty of pictures and let you know how it all works out.. Should be an easy install. (Fingers Crossed)

Love the new signature pic.

Mr Montejass, I'm sorry I just couldn't help myself.
I didn't have a coloring book when I was a child.

Just recieved this unit. I was looking at the catalytic converter and noticed it is not CARB certified as advertised.

Magnaflow has part #46006 listed as OBD-II CARB Certified for 97&98 Buick Regal GS. The part number installed is 94000 which is only OBD-II EPA Certified.

I hope t...
