Some of the basics are to soak those bolts with something like PB Blaster or liquid wrench, have a good torch handy (I've had good luck with acetaline), invest in some good six point sockets/wrenches. And most importantly= Luck.

This cannot be stated strongly enough, especially if they have not been removed in 25 years.

and not just do it once, spray and soak about 5 times.

I had to do that on some 10 year old exhaust bolts... I couldn't imagine 25 year old bolts.

along with the penetrating oil, i would recommend one of my favorite methods: FIRE!!

heat those bolts up with a torch, then let them cool. do this a few times along with a few whacks with the good ol B-F-H (another favorite of mine). anything that will break the rust will help.

Also i want to put a true dual exhaust any ideas of where to find a good kit? and a friend of mine said to let the motor run for like 10 mins then remove the bolts i dont think that would make it easy to get to the bolts and what if one breaks

as far as dual kits, i'm not sure without doing some googling, since it's a factory single exhaust. a good exhaust shop should be able to make one up for a reasonable price. i know it's recommended that you notch the tranny crossmember on the driver's side for ground clearance or you can buy an aftermarket notched crossmember.

if you do break a bolt, there are bolt extractor kits you can buy pretty much anywhere.
