What can i do that is cheap and will make it pretty loud?

The y pipe makes it real tough to do anything without custom fabrication. Im trying to shy away from Mcguyvering it.

 

i guess i don't know how your exhaust is set up right now. is it a single pipe from the cat then splitting from the muffler? if that's the case, hit up summitracing.com and try to find a single inlet/dual outlet muffler (summit brand mufflers are pretty cheap). otherwise, if you have a place for two mufflers, put two glass packs (they are most of the time cheaper than mufflers) in there then it will be pretty much as loud as you can get it for now without headers and more custom work. if you just have single exhaust all the way back, just put a glass pack where the muffler was.
