So ive ended up changing my mind. Just this morning i purchased the SLP exhaust system, after some research i feel the SLP system is a bit louder then magnaflows. Ive started a thread in this sections about it and i will be posting some pix up as soon as i begin to install.

I just received this part, i didnt really know it required drilling but that wont be a problem. Im just wondering where did you mount this under your car? If you have any pix that would be awesome!

I put dual flowmaster 40 delta-flows on my 06 monte with the 3.5 using 2.5" piping all the way back with a resonator delete and it has a mean, not too loud, sound. At an idle a lot of people mistake it for a V8. I'll upload a recording of it when I get home from work in about 2 hours..

here's a link: it's facebook, so some people might now be able to view it at work.. http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/v...44805518911014

**can't help a whole lot with cost though.. the flowmasters were about $215 for both (40 delta flow stainless), but other than that all work was done by me so I didn't have to pay for it..

That sounds great! I have a single flowmaster 40 series on with a resonator delete and its pretty nice but just not what im looking for... Personally the way yours sounds is exactly what im looking for. But we will see what i get after the SLP is all set up and ill be sure to post some vids.

HOLD THE PRESS! I just got my slp kit from sfxperformance and it came with the bracket!!! The dual conversion kit is not needed! And i was running a flowmaster 40 series, not delta flow

Dude, let me know how the new exhaust fits with the bracket/how it sounds. and yeah, I looked at the regular 40s before I bought the mufflers and they just didn't put out the same sound as the Deltas. (some might disagree), but just the slightly different design made them sound so much better.
