your take on extreme modding 5th gens?
i just saw some knuckle head with 22 inch rims on his monte carlo and candy paint, had a big air intake on the hood and the name of the car painted on the side with the year model.............. and his trunk was rattling with music to top it all off. i started to sink into my seat at the red light. thats the only time i've ever been ashamed of having the same kind of car as someone else.

I can't say I've been a fan of cars with wheels so large the body needs raised.... So given your description of this car, I don't think I'd be a fan.
My general "guidelines" for 4 wheeled vehicles:
- If it's car, stock height or lower it. If you modified your car so you can look eye to eye with a guy in a pick up truck, your ride height went in the wrong direction.
- If it's a truck, raise it. Tall trucks are cool!
- But trucks can also be lowered and be cool!
I did not wanna say rules, as rules are meant to be broken.... But guidelines can be more easily adjusted

I for one...as a 5th gen owner....I dont think i also couldnt even consider it a car.... Theres gonna be idiots doing unreasonable things to vehicles...But IMO...that sounds absolutely ridiculious!!! Me personally...i think i would have to turn off in the opposite direction...Just so that my model year wasnt associated in any way with that kinda crapola!!!!
