I have a 2003 SS with the wiper control on the signal control. It works fine in the standard and quick mode, but the delay works sporadically. When in the delay mode it goes like i have it on normal. It stops midway and I can hear the motor humming and I have to turn it to the off position to make the wipers go down. Any ideas what this may be??

 

the delay need to replace. it's on the bottom side of the wiper motor. i do have extra used wiper motor i might sell if you interest. i pick up from the junk yard for my co worker cuz his monte have same problem as yours. he didn't want to fix it, now i'm stuck with the part.
