Currently on the Monte I have 35 on the front and 20 on the back three. My old Cobra I had 15 on all except for the winsheild. I am going to put 20 on all my windows on all my windows and do a 5% strip on the windshield.

I have been in a car with double limo on all the windows and then 50 on the windshield that was just stupid dark in the daytime let alone at night. That wasn't safe at all. Personally if you live in an area where there is a lot of lighted areas such as streets and hwy's then darker wouldn't be bad. Living out in the middle of nowhere can prove a difficult task at night with really dark tint.

But like it has been said you'll have to see for your self and see how you feel.

I got the Florida legal on my front windows (30%) and then I put 15% on the back 3 & on my windshield banner (which is illegal up here ughh)...I can see outta my monte fine..I plan on striping the front 2 windows when it isnt a DD & putting 15% on them

Here is in the daylight

btw if you want the tint the front windshield to keep the sun out then get a visor up front like mine...it's to the bottom of the stripe under the mirror...keeps the sun out pretty good and keeps it darker & cooler inside. I wish I would've taken it lower but then anybody like 2 inches taller then me wouldnt have been able to see outta it lol

Id go with the legal limit on your door glass & 15% on the back windows any darker & itll be hard to see out of at night, i needa redo my camaro cuz the 5% all around makes it way to hard to drive at night with the windows up lol

The visor idead would be a good idea. Then put the Monte Carlo sticker on. the front(like where it says intimidator on yours) Is that an outside sticker or do you put it on from the inside?

That would be a good idea. I think the tint visor makes all cars look better. Just make sure you put the decal in the right spot to make it look good & to not have a problem with the wiper blades hitting them. & it's on the outside, the tint is on the inside. Unfortunately I have a chip in the "I" from a rock =(
