Ok, I managed to get the part number by e-mailing Parts Zone. It's 88980626 in case anyone else was looking for it. GM Parts Direct carries it for $40, Parts Zone has it for $44, and PFYC has it for $50. All are below the dealer quote of $66.

Still seems a little nuts for just a plastic badge... I wonder if I can find the company that supplies GM with these...

I found them on the P&G site for $44 each and on the Pace site for $49 each.

Not much better.
