Default Looking for a few part numbers

Hey guys, i've decided it's time to start making movements on the highsport for my car along with getting everything cleaned up... which means, possibly painting the front bumper, fenders, hood (possibly mpd1) etc... this will all be a slow process though.

There are two things that I need part numbers for:

-Highsport metal clips front and rear (possibly a diagram for cutting the slots?)
-Foglight metal clips

I'm also looking for a good place to get a front bumper support at, I found one for $65 shipped. I'm also looking for the rear, if any of you know where to get them please let me know.

Thanks guys!
