Thanks for the vote of confidence . Actually building the car with autox in mind but im the type that wont deal with a slow car, shooting for high 12s/low 13s when final engine is done. After i get the engine in the right end im gonna work on 13" front/gxp rear brakes and swapping in an f40 6-speed

Cool, did you know I autocrossed mine? Did pretty good with it, took 1st in novice class, beat Corvettes', Camaro's and other Rwd chevy cars etc. So your Monte can be a contender, just need to have your suspension dialed in, and drive it like you stole it. Bet your engine build will be nuts on, and fast. Go get em!!

Nice . I already drive it like its hot . One disadvantage is im not doing coilovers, i know theyd help with dialing but i just dont like them for some reason lol. One advantage i have is i was stuck in central arkansas for 12 yrs so im good with curvy crappy unpredictable roads

Mostly bone stock except for a K&N CAI - I switched to semi synthetic Quaker State Defy oil with zinc additive.

I personally think it's the best looking CAI for the Monte and since my 03 SS is a show car I'm really not needing a lot of performance. That's what the Mustang is for!

Friking Supercharged Monte's. The SC just looks so intimidating sitting there with it's snout protuding like that. Extra clean Monte, you just painted your alternator?

The beer cap is the first I have seen like that, pretty darn sweet bling and wow factor.

So when are you and I going to get together and get you your MOTY title? I still have it with my User name, it's your crown!!
