Thanks everyone. It still needs work but I'm one step closer.
While parking at the Computer store today, Micro Center, a guy approached me wanting to fix my rear Bumper. It has 2 tears I'm it. One that's was there when I bought it. Right under the plate, and the other on the right side behind the tire that a frozen snow bank helped me with last winter. I told him that I am more concerned with her mechanical operation than her appearance. Boy did I lie! But things have to be Prioritized! It doesn't matter if she looks good if she doesn't run!

Dale: you are right, a wheel alignment (and preventive maintenance) can save money. Unfortunately, I had to spend a good amount of $$$ over the last 3 years to get to the point where I could have the alignment done. And I have been anxiously awaiting smooth driving. For a while it seemed that every time I would get one part replace, another would show its Ugly Face.
Now though, 2 tires, 1 strut and the rear brakes, she will run smooth as glass for the first time since I got her. And then I get to drive her 3k miles, When I want to put her on a Pedestal with a sign that says, "I Did It!". Lol
My Minion is the third car I've purchased that had 3 tires in the Bone Yard and the last one rolling in, and tried to bring it back to life. She is the first one that has actually Lived! I may not want to drive 3k miles, but I know My Minion will make it a Great experience!
I know I should replace both struts at the same time but I have to conserve $$$!

I purchased my 03 Monte used with 38K on it in late 2007, it had the original goodyear RSA tires on it which didn't seem bad but were a little dry rotted, I put 4 Dunlop gt qualifiers on it and a alignment, big diff! recenty I needed tires so I got some Falkens and had the alignment, it wasn't out bad but out all the same, drove great! since then I have replaced the rear sway bar links,( this made a small noticeable difference) and the front sway bar change to solid Dorman and poly front end links!! OMG it drives better than it ever has!!! the rear sway bar links were inexpensive at rock auto and only took 30 minutes to do in the driveway, the front I opted to have my shop do and he charged me about 90$ for the labor as I had the parts! worth it!!!

I hear ya Clay, I have the Moog Poly for my front end links and sway bar bushings. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to replace the front sway bar. So I will have to wait to install the sway bar bushings in till I get the sway bar. I will also get the solid bar from Rock Auto. I also want the Poly Bushings for the Dog Bones. The originals are still in them. With 190k+ miles on her, it's time. Once I get settled in Seattle I will finish up my suspension and hopefully be able to start on the body work she needs. Door hinges, that rear bumper. I want the other spoiler for the rear. It Never Ends!
