Default Traction Control getting overzealous

Those who know me know I'm not a heavy foot kind of driver. I had my transmission serviced last October and ran the syntehtic fluid, and now the traciton control is getting a little over happy.

You can be sitting at a stop light or something, barelly pat the throttle, and it goes active. It never does anything at speed, just on take offs.

It seems to do it most when you've just recently put it in gear. Once it has been in gear awhile, it gets better.

I've read that it could be the speed control sensors? Think it coudl be something to do with the transmission?

Mine did the same thing when I had a hub going bad. Mainly when i had the wheel cranked and then went to take off. After I replaced my hubs it quit.

My car has actually started behaving since I started threatening to just get rid of it next year.

It's not even around the ovals 5 days a week....

ACtually, it does park beside my roommates Mustang those 5 days and across the way from three Fords on weekends....

hubs didnt fix mine either. neither did replacing the ground strap to the controller. but what did was replacing the cables going to the hubs. bought two dorman 970-040 abs sensor harnesses from amazon and now the problem is gone!
